We offer a seven (7)-day return window, which means you have seven (7) days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

  • In the original packaging

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In the original packaging with tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds
